Description About the Role Based at Croydon Park, this role supports safe, functional and compliant Novita sites (both metro and regional SA) by coordinating facilities, maintenance and asset activities across our multi‑site portfolio. You’ll help keep environments running smoothly so our teams can stay focused on client care. In this role, you will: Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites Action and track work orders to ensure completion within SLAs Maintain asset registers, lifecycle data and compliance documentation Support rollout and optimisation of our new asset & maintenance system Coordinate contractors, licences, insurances and safe‑work requirements Monitor risk, compliance tasks and statutory maintenance schedules Contribute to reporting, dashboards and continuous improvement work Potential for infrequent travel to some regional sites Skills And Experiences Knowledge, skills and experience Experience in facilities coordination, asset management or maintenance administration Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks High attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining asset and compliance data Confident coordinating contractors, documentation and safe ‑ work requirements Ability to work with asset or maintenance management systems such as Urbanise (or willingness to learn) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels Exposure to disability services, health, community or social housing sectors (desirable) Understanding of fire, building, electrical or property compliance obligations (desirable) Education and Qualifications Qualification in Facilities Management, Asset Management, Business or related discipline (desirable) Training or experience in compliance, property or maintenance systems (desirable) Current driver’s licence Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check We’re serious about safeguarding our clients.
